Christmas Light Installation
You provide the lights, we hang them. Professional installation so you can skip the ladder this year.
Skip the Ladder
Hanging lights on a two story house is genuinely dangerous, and December is a busy month in emergency rooms because of it. We are on rooftops every working day with the right ladders and fall protection.
How It Works
You buy the lights, we do the rest.
- We walk the house with you and agree the layout first
- We tell you honestly if you have bought too few strands
- We install on rooflines, gutters, eaves, columns, and trees
- We come back in January and take them down
- Lights get coiled and boxed, not wadded into a bin
Clips That Do Not Damage Your Roof
This is the part that matters to us as roofers. We use professional clips that attach to the shingle edge and the gutter lip without penetrating anything. No staples, no nails, no screws into fascia. Staples through a shingle put a hole in your roof that stays there long after the lights come down, and we see the results of that every spring.

When to Book
Installs run from October through January and the calendar fills fast once November starts. If you want lights up before Thanksgiving, reach out in October. We can install earlier and leave them dark until you want them on, which is what most people end up doing.

Takedown in January
We come back and take them down after the season, which is the half nobody wants to do. Lights get coiled and boxed rather than wadded into a bin, so next year does not start with an hour of untangling. Storage is on you, but we will leave them organized.
What It Costs
Price depends on how much roofline you want covered, how many stories, and how much of the landscaping is included. A single story ranch is straightforward. A two story with steep pitch and dormers takes longer and costs more, because the work is harder and slower. We give you a number after looking at the house, not over the phone.

While We Are Up There
We are on your roof anyway, so we will tell you if we see something.
- A cracked pipe boot
- A lifted shingle
- A gutter pulling loose
